Clicking the above button will take you to a simple web image upload portal that allows you to attach and upload multiple files, with large file sizes up to 2GB!
- Completed PDF request forms can also be attached with images
- No account or password is needed
- Multiple emails are no longer necessary to send large DICOM images, video clips or any other file types or documents (PDF, JPEG, TIFF, AVI)
- Entire folders of many images can easily be attached as "1 single attachment" if zipped beforehand (call for instructions)
- All uploads will be automatically transmitted to my usual email

- Hold the shift key when doing attachments to attach multiple files
